Grand Hyatt New York has rooms for a low as $159 a night. Located next to Grand Central Terminal, this hotel gets 4.0 starts at TripAdvisor. Jetsetter points out that the hotel has a prime Midtown East location and is within walking distance of the New York Public Library and Bryant Park.

SoHo Grand Hotel has rooms available for as low as $203 a night. This SoHo neighborhood hotel is located at 310 West Broadway and gets 4.0 stars at TripAdvisor. and is recommended by 90% of Jetsetter members. The hotel is said to be a favorite with celebrities and the media.
