Travel Zoo is running an offer on hotel stays at the Tryp by Wyndham Times Square. The hotel was recently renovated and is celebrating their grand opening. The hotel was formerly the Best Western President Hotel.
Room rates start at $159 per night for July – September stays. That’s a pretty good deal for a newly renovated NYC hotel with a Times Square location.
The hotel’s location is 234 West 48th Street. It is a very central location. Within walking distance to Broadway theaters and everything else going on around Times Square.
Some of the recent reviews at TripAdvisor reflect that fact that the hotel has been under construction. Prior to the renovation work, the reviews were better, although it was a Best Western hotel at that point. You might want to call the hotel before booking and make sure the construction work is done.
The Travel Zoo folks point out that the Deluxe Queen rooms are much larger than the standard rooms, so try for the larger room if you can get it.
