    A limited number of $42 Rush tickets for Pretty Woman: The Musical will be released daily at the Nederlander Theatre box office for day-of performances when the box office opens. Seating locations are at the discretion of the theatre box office, and may be partial view. Rush tickets can be purchased with cash or credit cards.

    The Nederlander Theatre and box office are located at 208 W. 41st Street, between 7th and 8th Avenues.

    Pretty Woman: The Musical

    Pretty Woman: The Musical is playing at the Nederlander Theatre (208 W 41st Street, between 7th & 8th Avenues).

    This adaptation of the popular Pretty Woman movie features original music and lyrics by Bryan Adams and Jim Vallance, book by Garry Marshall and J.F. Lawton, and direction and choreography by Jerry Mitchell. The cast stars Samantha Barks as Vivian and Andy Karl as Edward.

    Broadway Concerts in Bryant Park

    Each summer, cast members from current Broadway shows take to the stage for this free series of concerts held on Thursdays from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.  The stage is set up on the Bryant Park lawn. It’s a great way to enjoy highlights from current shows and to enjoy a visit to Bryant Park.

    Several different musicals are featured each week, providing a taste of what’s a currently running on and off Broadway.

    Free “Stars in the Alley” Broadway Concert

    The Broadway League hosts an annual free outdoor concert featuring performances from Broadway’s current musicals call Stars in the Alley. The concert is held around the time of the Tony Awards, usually late May or early June.

    The concert is a great way to see live performances of scenes from current Broadway shows, free of charge.

    The 2018 Stars in the Alley concert is Friday, June 1st at 1:00 p.m. The event is held rain or shine.

    Participating shows for the 2018 event include Aladdin, Anastasia, The Band’s Visit, Beautiful – The Carole King Musical, Chicago, Come From Away, Dear Evan Hansen, Escape to Margaritaville, Frozen, Kinky Boots, Mean Girls, My Fair Lady, Once on This Island, The Phantom of the Opera, School of Rock, SpongeBob SquarePants, Summer: The Donna Summer Musical, Waitress, Wicked, Children of a Lesser God, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, The Play That Goes Wrong, and Saint Joan.     Hit Broadway show Dear Evan Hansen is celebrating its one year anniversary on Broadway with a special free fan appreciation performance on December 10th.

    Tickets for the free show are being distributed via a digital lottery. Lottery entries are being accepted through November 5th.

  • Special Free 20th Anniversary Performance of The Lion King – In Person Lottery Entries

    The Broadway production of The Lion King is celebrating their 20th Anniversary with a special free performance Wednesday, November 15th at 8:00 p.m.. at the Minskoff Theatre

    Tickets for the show will be give away via a special lottery. You must enter the lottery in person on November 12th at the Lion King Times Square Celebration, or one of the other special lottery locations.

    In addition to the lottery, the Times Square celebration will have photo ops, meet & greet with cast members, give-aways, a virtual reality experience, and instructor led drum circles.

    The Lion King 20th Anniversary Lottery Locations. All are for Sunday, November 12th.: 

    You must be 18 years or older to enter.  Limit one entry per person. Duplicate entries will disqualify all entries.

    Winners will be able to select either one or two tickets.

    Winners will be chosen at random and notified by Broadway Direct on Monday, November 13, 2017. Winner notification via email will begin at 10:00 a.m. and continue throughout the day.

    Please keep an eye on your email. If chosen, you will have 1 hour to complete the RSVP process. If you do not complete the RSVP process within 1 hour, another winner will be chosen.

    Make sure the name you enter matches the name on your photo ID. If you are a winner, you must present a valid photo ID to pick up your tickets at the Minskoff Theatre.

    All tickets must be picked up at the Minskoff Theatre by 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday, November 15, 2017. All tickets not picked up by this time will be released to a standby line.
